ADDISPACE: Open call for the selection of aerospace components for improving Metal Additive Manufacturing technologies

This open call takes place in the framework of ADDISPACE project (www.addispace.eu), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through INterreg Sudoe programme (www.interreg-sudoe.eu).

The aim of ADDISPACE project is to promote and disseminate the transference of Metal Additive Manufacturing (MAM) technologies between universities/technology centres and companies/SMEs of the aerospatial sector in the SUDOE.

In the framework of the project, 4 Pilots will be implemented for the development and transfer of MAM technologies to aerospatial SMEs in SUDOE area.

Each Pilot will be focused in one specific aerospatial component and one MAM technology and will follow 2 stages:
• Firstly, industrial research phase will be performed in a laboratory.
• Secondly, a viability phase will be performed in a SME that does not use MAM technologies to assess the viability of integrating the MAM solutions developed on the previous phase.
